At the end of the war, legendary Finnish commando Aatami Korpi ("the man who refuses to die") returns to the house where his family was brutally murdered. To honor their memory, he dismantles it, loads it onto a truck, and sets out to rebuild it somewhere safe. But hunting him is the Red Army commander Dragonov (Stephen Lang), the man responsible for his family's death, determined to finish the job. What follows is a relentless, eye-popping cross-country chase through the Finnish countryside—a fight to the death filled with clever, unbelievable action set pieces .
"Remember that insane Finnish action film Sisu from 2022? The sequel Road to Revenge is back—and even crazier. This time, our hero Aatami Korpi is hunted by a Red Army commander (Stephen Lang), the man who murdered his family. He dismantles his house, loads it onto a truck, and races across the Finnish countryside with a death squad on his tail. Director Jalmari Helander describes it as 'wall-to-wall action,' and every scene raises the bar . The question: Can one Finnish commando stand against the entire Red Army? After mowing down Nazis in the first film, can Aatami handle the Soviets? According to German viewers, the film continues the 'Finnish son of Rambo and John Wick' concept, with rivers of blood, over-the-top violence, and plenty of dark humor . This time, he's got his loyal dog and a truckload of lumber by his side. Don't miss it."
